Анотація
Дисертація присвячена вирішенню актуальної науково-прикладної проблеми розроблення теоретичних та прикладних засад інформаційної технології підтримки прийняття медичних рішень з врахуванням цивільно-правових підстав, яка забезпечить підтримку прийняття рішень щодо можливості сурогатного материнства, екстракорпорального запліднення, донорства і трансплантації, надання загальних медичних, терапевтичних та стоматологічних послуг, щодо необхідності та можливості вакцинації від Covid’19, а також яка включатиме
формалізацію змісту предметної галузі медичного права, врахування її вимог та виокремлення заданих в документі змістовних одиниць для їх узгодження з чинним цивільним законодавством.
Проведено аналіз відомих моделей, методів та засобів підтримки прийняття медичних рішень з врахуванням цивільно-правових підстав. Розроблено теоретичний базис підтримки прийняття медичних рішень з врахуванням цивільноправових підстав та виконано синтез еталонних моделей даних про потенційних
пацієнтів і договорів щодо надання медичних послуг. Розроблено методи синтезу реальних моделей даних про потенційних пацієнтів і договорів щодо надання медичних послуг, проведено моделювання процесу підтримки прийняття медичних рішень з врахуванням цивільно-правових підстав. Розроблено правила та методи підтримки прийняття медичних рішень на основі цивільно-правових підстав.
Розроблено методологію розроблення та застосування інформаційних технологій підтримки прийняття медичних рішень з врахуванням цивільно-правових підстав та інформаційні технології підтримки прийняття медичних рішень з врахуванням цивільно-правових підстав. Проведено аналіз результатів функціювання
інформаційних технологій підтримки прийняття медичних рішень з врахуванням цивільно-правових підстав.
The purpose of the dissertation is to provide support for decision-making on the provision of medical services (in particular, on the possibility of surrogacy, on the possibility of in vitro fertilization, on the possibility of donation and transplantation, on the possibility of providing general medical services, therapeutic services, dental services, on the need and possibility of vaccination against Covid'19, etc.), taking into account the norms of current legislation by developing information technology for supporting medical decision-making considering the civil law grounds. The scientific novelty of the results of the dissertation is the development of theoretical and applied principles of information technology for supporting medical decision-making considering the civil law grounds, which provided the theoretical basis for the construction of a general information technology for supporting medical decisionmaking considering the civil law grounds and partial information technologies for supporting decision-making on the possibility of providing medical services of a certain type, which together provide guarantees of the availability of all essential conditions (in terms of civil law regulation) in the data on potential patients and/or contracts for the provision of a particular medical service, thereby minimizing the influence of the human factor in medical decision-making and protecting doctors and patients from legal conflicts.
