Анотація
В статті запропоновано застосування методів мотивації на сучасних українських підприємствах. Виділено методи
мотивації та їхні переваги та недоліки у застосуванні їх на практиці. Виявлено вплив мотивації на діяльність підприємства.
The article suggests application of methods of motivation on modern Ukrainian realities at enterprises. The methods of motivation and their advantages and disadvantages in their application in practice are highlighted. The influence of motivation on the activity of the enterprise was revealed. For effective management of motivation it is necessary to use different groups of methods in the management of the enterprise. The use of exclusively material motivations does not allow to mobilize the creative activity of the personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. To achieve maximum efficiency, it is necessary to use both nonmaterial motivation and material motivation, because only in combination it will bring its results. When drawing up a program of motivation of employees, it is necessary to take into account all the peculiarities of the team and the enterprise as a whole, from time to time to review the internal policy of the company, listening to the opinion of the subordinates. The system of personnel motivation should be developed only at the enterprise level, but also from the state and at the regional level. Methods of material motivation are very effective in our country, because for most workers the work is a source of income and a way of ensuring the family. Therefore, when applying such methods, employees will try to do everything to efficiently perform work and receive additional money and bonuses.
