Анотація
У статті розглянуто компоненти змісту підготовки працівників соціальної сфери до професійної діяльності, вміння та навички бакалавра та магістра соціальної роботи. Схарактеризовано загально наукові підходи до підготовки фахівців зазначеної сфери. Визначено базові принципи, на яких повинна будуватися сучасна підготовка соціальних працівників у системі вищої освіти. Зроблено висновок, що підгрунтям оновлення змісту підготовки майбутніх працівників соціальної сфери мають стати інноваційні освітні технології, зарубіжний досвід та його переосмислення й адаптацію до вітчизняних культурно-історичних традицій, соціально-економічних і суспільно-політичних умов.
The article describes the content components of the social workers preparation to professional activities, the skills and abilities of the social work bachelors and masters. The general scientific approaches to preparation of the mentioned sphere specialists are characterized. The basic principles on which the modern social workers preparation should be based in the higher education system are determined. It was concluded that innovative educational technologies, foreign experience and its rethinking and adaptation to the national cultural and historical traditions, socio-economic, and socio-political conditions should become the basis for updating the content future social workers preparation.
