Анотація
В рамках концепції нормування сукупної праці досліджено проблеми виміру та управління продуктивністю праці на рівні підприємства, описано основні чинники та резерви її зростання, а також основні складові програм управління продуктивністю праці.
Within the concept of aggregate labor regulation explored problems of measuring and managing labor productivity at the enterprise level, describes the main factors of growth and reserves, as well as the main components of labor productivity management programs. An integrated approach to the management of aggregate labor productivity in the concept of aggregate labor regulation will significantly increase labor productivity at enterprises of Ukraine.
