dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено ключові завдання відділу ризик-менеджменту зовнішньоекономічної діяльності на підприємстві, основні вимоги та варіанти його формування, а також запропоновано найбільш прийнятну для досліджуваних підприємств організаційно-функціональну структуру такого відділу з чітко окресленими посадовими обов’язками кожного з працівників.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to develop the organizational structure of the division of risk management of foreign economic activity of the enterprise with clearly defined job responsibilities of each employee. The article identifies the key tasks of the division of risk management of foreign economic activity of the enterprise, the basic requirements and options for its formation and the most appropriate for the studied companies the organizational and functional structure of such a department with clearly defined job responsibilities of each employee is proposed. Therefore, successful operation of enterprises will depend on the effective operation of the department of risk management at the enterprise, the ability to quickly identify risks in advance and applied methods to cope with these risks. So one of the steps that we offer for enterprises is creation of the department of risk management and the person who will be responsible directly for the risks of foreign trade.uk_UA
