Анотація
У даній статті визначено основні тенденції та фактори, що визначають інвестиційну привабливість
області, проведено аналіз надходження іноземних інвестицій в основний капітал. Визначено ряд державних
економікоправових
заходів для поліпшення ситуації на ринку інвестицій. Запропоновано шляхи покращення
інвестиційного клімату та залучення іноземних інвестицій.
Abstract – The aim of this article is a theoretical and practical ground of basic tendencies and factors that determine the investment attractiveness of the Khmelnytsky area. In Ukraine there are factors that attract foreign investors: capacious market, subzero cost of labour force, profitable geographical location, favourable climatic terms. From experience of the postsocial European countries evidently, that foreign investments more active in all come not there, where a capital failing, but there, where already intensive come true capital investment. One of preconditions of intensification of foreign capital investments in the economy of Khmelnytsky region there is an increase of trust from the side of foreign investors to the terms of doing business in a region. Therefore the primary purpose of increase of level of economic development of region is forming of favourable investment climate of region through minimization of investment risks.
