Розвиток технологічно вазємозв’язаних напрямів організації праці на торговельних підприємствах
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано роль організації процесів праці на торговельних підприємствах. Запропоновано схему основних напрямів організації праці, які організаційно та технологічно взаємопов’язані між собою. Охарактеризовано зміст основних заходів за запропонованими напрямами організації праці, які здійснюються на торговельних підприємствах. Визначені основні цілі, які досягаються в результаті впровадження заходів з організації праці.
Abstract. The purpose of the article is a ground of technological intercommunication of basic directions of organization of labour on point-of-sale enterprises. In the article grounded a role of organization of processes of labour is on point-of-sale enterprises. The chart of basic directions is offered organizations of labour, which organizationally and technologically vzaemopov’yazani between itself. Maintenance of basic measures is described after the offered directions organizations of labour, which are carried out on point-of-sale enterprises. Primary purposes which are arrived at as a result of introduction of measures on organization of labour are certain. The practical value of research consists in possibility of acceptance of the grounded administrative decisions in the field of organization of labour on point-of-sale enterprises and increase of level of the labour and efficiency of point-of-sale services productivity.
