У статті проаналізовано основні підходи до визначення сутності антикризового управління в банках. Визначено
елементи антикризового управління в системі протидії банкрутству банків. Акцентовано увагу на інструментах
антикризового управління в банківських установах. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення системи антикризового
управління в банках.
The article is critical generalization of theoretical heritage of scientists to determine the nature of crisis management bank in the sector and its improvement in the system of countering bankruptcy. In the article the main approaches to defining the essence of crisis management in banks. Certain elements of crisis management system in countering bankruptcy of banks. The attention is focused on the instruments of crisis management in the banking institutions. Directions improvement of crisis management in banks. Crisis management in domestic banks at the present stage is marked non-systematic and crude measures. Most banks were unprepared for the crisis due to lack of monitoring and implementing preventive measures. In addition, traditional anti-crisis steps the banks are mainly short-term effect. For example, numerous staff reductions during the crisis will cause a shortage of qualified personnel in banking institutions in the future. An important negative factor is the lack of coordination of crisis management banks in Ukraine.
