Анотація
Актуалізовано проблему розвитку економіки України з позицій процесів євроінтеграції. Визначено роль спільних
підприємств у розширенні ринкових і ресурсних можливостей партнерів. Проаналізовано результати діяльності спільних
підприємств Хмельницької області у порівнянні із загальною динамікою машинобудування області. Окреслено проблеми, що
перешкоджають досягненню ефективності їх діяльності і означено шляхи їх вирішення.
The problem of development of the economy of Ukraine has been actualised from the point of view of eurountegration. The role of joint ventures in expansion of market and resource possibilities of partners has been defined. The positive influence of joint ventures on formation of competitive advantages of machine building enterprises has been underlined. The results of activity of joint ventures of Khmelnytsky region have been analysed in comparison with general dynamics of machine building branch of the region. The problems, which prevent enterprises from effective activity have been pointed out and their solutions suggested.
