Анотація
Проаналізовано основні показники впровадження ERPсистем
на зарубіжних промислових підприємствах.
Досліджено цілі застосування автоматизованих систем управління підприємством, проаналізовано результати
впровадження та ризики під час виконання проектів. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо вибору автоматизованих
систем управління для вітчизняних підприємств з метою зменшення матеріальних та часових витрат на їх
впровадження та експлуатації.
Analyzed main indicators of ERPsystems on foreign industrial enterprises. Investigated the main purposes of ERP implementation and analyzed the results and risks during project implementation. Proposed recommendations for domestic enterprises to reduce material and time costs during implementation and operation. The main recommendations in choosing and implementing a modern ERPsystem for domestic machinebuilding enterprises include: creation of a business case and determining the proper amount of resources to ensure accurate project planning; using consulting companies for their full collection of indicators, improve business processes and evaluation of the software; consultation and training ERPusers; the longand shortterm planning; attract resources that would help users of the system to acquire practical and theoretical skills; development of and compliance with organizational change management plan.
