dc.description.abstractAbstract – Determination of the theoretical and methodological and scientific basis of analysis of information asymmetry in the system development and regulation of labor income as well as to analyze the ways to mitigate asymmetric information in distribution relationships. In the article the research of asymmetric information in the system of development and regulation of labor income considered, the aspects of asymmetric information in a variety of models of Western economists and their implications for post-crisis Ukrainian economy, classification of asymmetric information problems in the Ukrainian market and ways to overcome them analyzed. Overcoming asymmetry in the formation and regulation of labor income depends largely on the rational behavior of employers and employees when they can take the best option solution, minimizing costs to find relevant information.uk_UA
