Анотація
The article highlights the features and factors of formation of enterprise potential. And also the main sources of potential
formation of business entity were revealed in the article. The basic problems of domestic companies in the process of forming of
company potential were determined by the authors. Special attention was paid to the factors that influence the formation of the
enterprise potential. In the process of reforming of socio-economic market the issue of competitive environment, improving of
capacity and strategy justification of a company acquired special urgency. to use both Domestic and foreign scientists studied the
effective ways to solve the problems of the economic profit and potential of the company .
