Анотація
Activation of international activities of enterprises, processes of globalization and European integration increase uncertainty and business risks, complicate the activity of enterprises, promote competition and make enterprises radically change their strategy and behavioral tactics.Thus appear the necessity of investigation of enterprise potential, evaluation of its resource level, optimization of formation processes. Since the potential of enterprise characterize the possibility of its successful functioning in non- stable legal and economic environment and is the basis of providing perspective development.
The main research system of research is the formation of theoretical and methodological methods of studying the economic category "entrepreneurial potential" and methods for managing the implementation processes in modern conditions. Combining research has identified the entrepreneur of the potential and methodological management of the processes of its effective implementation.
Different aspects of the management of the potential of the enterprise lay in the field of scientific interests of well-known economists: Aliokhin O.B., Beltiukov Ye.A., Voronkova A.E., Hava V.M., Popov E.V., Repina I.M., Cherep A.V. and others. However, the problems of studying the peculiarities of the formation and realization of entrepreneurial potential, modern market risks, remain undisclosed.
