dc.description.abstractВ публікації проаналізовано сучасні передумови та засади формування доктрини розвитку молодіжного інноваційного підприємництва за умов боротьби з молодіжним безробіттям та переходом до моделі «економіки знань». В результаті дослідження визначено ключові галузі за сферами інноваційної зайнятості молоді та визначено елементи системи формування інноваційного потенціалу молоді для розвитку молодіжного підприємництва.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis publication analyzes current conditions and principles of the doctrine of the formation of the youth innovative business environment for combating youth unemployment and the transition to a model of "knowledge economy". The study identified key areas for the field of innovative youth employment and identified elements of the formation of innovative potential of young people to develop youth entrepreneurship. Thus, the promising areas of youth employment is an innovative hightech industry sector ICT and social services, where a variety of financial incentives to enhance the development of youth entrepreneurship. The current system of forming innovative potential of young people to develop youth entrepreneurship define: the state of our country, which makes institutional environment in the country, the level of financial support the majority of Ukrainian citizens who can not adequately generate innovative potential of young people to the level of developed European countries, the total system of secondary and higher education, which requires further rethinking the content of educational services aimed at training entities in a market environment that provides for the introduction of new information technologies and innovative methods in the educational process; continuous "brain drain of young" abroad, which reduces the quantity and quality of qualified young professionals in Ukraine, unemployment among graduates with economic and legal background as legal and economic environment is not conducive to their selfemployment and start a business, a low level of general social and cultural development, which suggests passivity and reluctance of youth socialization in society, reducing opportunities for creative enrichment versatile.uk_UA
