Анотація
На основі виконаного аналізу відтворено ретроспективу форменого одягу кухарів для закладів
ресторанного господарства. Виявлено, що вказаний вид одягу не зазнав значних змін. Основні зміни стосуються
дизайну одягу, виробництва тканин з використанням нано-технологій, передпроектних досліджень із
застосуванням нових систем і програм.
Restaurant establishments pay attention not only to safety and sanitation provided by the issuance of special clothing to the kitchen staff, but also to the aesthetic component - uniforms that must be provided by the owner of the restaurant facility where the food will be sold. Now the approach to the appearance of employees has changed. Each institution tries to introduce something in the general concept of uniformed employees. On the basis of the performed analysis of chefs clothes, a retrospective of chefs' uniforms for restaurant establishments is reproduced. It was found that this type of clothing has not undergone significant changes. Major changes concern the design of clothing, the production of fabrics using nano-technology, feasibility studies using new systems and programs. Studies have been made to transform the creative design of chefs' uniforms in accordance with the needs of society and the related transformations in the field of catering and the production of modern uniforms.
