Анотація
У статті розглянуто питання про підготовку працівників соціальної сфери на сучасному етапі Подано деякі результати огляду наукової літератури з проблеми за кордоном і в Україні. Розглянуто питання про розробку уніфікованої системи підготовки працівників соціальної сфери, в якій забезпечувались би загальні підходи до проблеми і особливості роботи кожного навчального закладу.
В статье рассмотрен вопрос о подготовке работников социальной сферы на современном этапе. Подано некоторые результаты обзора научной литературы по проблеме за рубежом и в Украине. Рассмотрены вопросы о разработке унифицированной системы подготовки работников социальной сферы, в которой обеспечивались бы общие подходы к проблеме и особенности работы каждого учебного заведения.
The question of preparation of specialists of the social sphere on modern stage is reviewed in this article.Some results of reviewing of scientific literature connected with this problem in Ukraine and abroad is given.The question of developing of unified system of preparation of workers of the social sphere in which general approaches to the problem and peculiarities of work of every educational establishment would be provided is described. The review of the state of preparation of future workers of the special sphere and the perspectives of further development of the system of preparation are done. It is underlined in the article that the concept of social work is innovative one for Ukraine, like a profession of a social worker. That’s why the problem of preparation of specialists of this profile needs innovative approach to the organization of studying of students in higher educational institutions. The main principle of preparation of social workers is the principle of activity approach to the understanding of profession the essence of which is in primary orientation of training on gaining abilities and skills of practical activity in social services. The conclusion is made that for determination and approval of optimal system of special preparation of future social workers careful work from the methodological analysis of social work as professional activity, peculiarities of preparation of specialists of this sphere in higher educational establishments is necessary.
В статье рассмотрен вопрос о подготовке работников социальной сферы на современном этапе. Подано некоторые результаты обзора научной литературы по проблеме за рубежом и в Украине.
