dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено стан та основні проблеми, що стримують розвиток інвестиційної підтримки малого та середнього бізнесу. Визначено зовнішні та внутрішні перешкоди, що стримують функціонування малого бізнесу, а також визначено основні проблеми, що утруднюють зростання обсягів випуску конкурентоспроможної продукції малих підприємств області. Встановлено напрями розвитку експортного потенціалу Хмельницької області. Обґрунтовано тенденції щодо становлення, розвитку малих підприємств Хмельницького регіон. Розкрито та визначено основні пріоритети та напрями інвестиційної підтримки на Хмельниччині.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe dynamics of basic indexes that characterize the state of small, middle and large enterprises of the Khmelnytsky area is investigational in the article, the dynamics of their amount and volumes of output and realization of products is namely investigational. The state and obstacles in relation to the successful functioning of small business and basic problems that restrain development of investment support of small and midsize businesses are certain in the article. In accordance with the Regional program of development of small enterprise, external and internal obstacles that restrain functioning of small business are certain, and also basic problems that bother the increase of volumes of output of competitive products of small enterprises of area are certain. Directions of development of export potential of the Khmelnytsky area are set. Tendencies are reasonable in relation to becoming, development of small enterprises of Khmelnytsky region, basic priorities and directions of investment support of business-climate are Exposed and certain in Khmelnytsky region. It is well-proven that investment support and development of export potential of small business will give an opportunity to assist the decision of problems of eurointegration at the terms of unstable economy and to work out in a region the flexible and stable system of assistance to business at the terms of intensifying of competitive activity.uk_UA
