Анотація
Сьогодні для досягнення сталого розвитку одним з аспектів є створення сильного громадянського суспільства, яке потребує якісно нових технологій фінансування. У статті розглядаються суть використання альтернативних джерел фінансування з досвіду європейських країн, зокрема інструменту краудфандингу та його можливості у розвиткові громадянського суспільства. Досліджено краудфандинг як технологію, яка полегшує взаємодію та реалізує суспільні інтереси, мобілізує інтелектуальні та матеріальні ресурси для задоволення потреб громади, суспільства та держави. Громадянське грошово-кредитне фінансування може бути використане як державний будівельний інструмент; маркетинговий інструмент; політичний інструмент. Визначені види краудфандингових кампаній, що проводяться у країнах ЄС. Охарактеризовано фінансовий стан розвитку українського громадянського суспільства, особливості видів громадянського краудфандингу на українському просторі та визначені перешкоди його застосування.
To achieve sustainable development one of the aspects today is the creation of a strong civil society that needs qualitatively new financing technologies. In the article examined the use of alternative sources of financing from European countries’s experience, in particular to the instrument of crowdfunding and its possibility in the development of civil society. Kraudfanding is a technology that facilitates interaction and realizes public interest, mobilizes intellectual and material resources to address the needs of the community, society, and the state. Civic crowdfunding can be used as public construction tool; marketing tool; political instrument. The types of crowdfunding campaigns that are being conducted in EU countries are defined. Financial development of Ukrainian civil society, feature of types of civil crowdfunding on Ukrainian space and certain obstacles of its application are described.
