Анотація
Мотивом суспільного обов’язку у виборі професії є усвідомлення соціальними педагогами реальної суспільної користі від своєї участі в даній сфері діяльності, переживання особистої відповідальності за успішну працю, готовність до подолання можливих моральних та фізичних труднощів.
В статье раскрыто понятие мотива и мотивации, их роль в профессиональном выборе будущего социального педагога, проанализированы функции мотива. Также проанализированы цели, являющиеся основой выбора профессии и определены основные типы мотивации.
In the article the concept of motive and motivation, their role in selecting future professional social workers, analyzed the function of the motif. Also analyzed the goal, which is the basis of choice of profession and the main types of motivation: Human activity is characterized motifs. The motive of the call that for which the activities, an incentive that motivates someone to specific forms of activity or behavior. Motive may be: idea and ideas, feelings and experiences, expressing the physical or spiritual needs of man. The same activity can be done for different reasons. The motives of human activity may vary from organic, functional, physical, social, spiritual. Motivation activities during its development remains unchanged. With age, the development of human motivation is a change of activity. The motif is seen on the one hand, encouraging, and on the other – as reflected in the consciousness of objective driving forces of behavior. The main components of the structure of the subject are: need, activity, motive, activities, objectives, performance, task operation. Motive – actions and motives of human behavior. Motivation is formed in man as her awareness of the social significance of the chosen and properly assess their individual aptitudes and abilities. The formation of individual motivation is passing through stages that are characterized by certain qualitative characteristics. Each stage of the genesis correspond to certain types of mental capabilities and motives. Reasons of social responsibility in choosing a career is the realization of social pedagogues real public benefit from their participation in this activity and feelings of personal responsibility for successful work and willingness to overcome the possible moral and physical difficulties.
В статье раскрыто понятие мотива и мотивации, их роль в профессиональном выборе будущего социального педагога, проанализированы функции мотива. Также проанализированы цели, являющиеся основой выбора профессии и определены основные типы мотивации.
