Анотація
У статті розглядається питання мотивації персоналу на підприємстві. Метою є аналіз підходів до визначення стану
мотивації персоналу та розробка напрямів її вдосконалення. Для цього було розглянуто сутність та завдання мотивації праці
персоналу, а також світові тенденції, які стосуються мотивування працівників. На основі проведеного аналізу були
запропоновані такі складові системи мотивації праці, які дозволять досягти відчутного економічного ефекту вітчизняним
підприємствам.
The article deals with the problem of personality motivation in the conditions that are at the present stage of development of Ukraine is very important, because the effective activity of the enterprise is more and more ensured by coherence in the work of the personnel, which becomes possible only with the organization of a proper motivational basis that will be able to stimulate employees to improving performance. The stimulation of labour is aimed at creating the conditions under which labour activities will produce such results that will adequately meet the needs of the employee, as well as to form motives for work. The purpose of stimulation is manifested in inducing a person to work, in an interest in working better, more productive. To do this, the system of motives and incentives must have a certain regulatory framework, that is, the employee must know exactly what is required before him, for which he will receive remuneration and what sanctions can be applied if he does not do anything. The aim is to analyze approaches to determine the state of motivation of staff and develop directions for its improvement. For this purpose, the essence and tasks of personnel motivation, as well as world trends related to the motivation of employees, were considered. On the basis of the analysis, the following components of the system of motivation were proposed, which would allow a tangible economic effect to be achieved by domestic enterprises. In general, in order to motivate the work of the personnel of an enterprise, it should: take into account the peculiarities of the foreign economic situation; to be consistent with the economic strategy of the enterprise on which the methodology for achieving the goals is directly based and which should determine the rational level of employee income, which will lead to high results of their work, as well as the enterprise as a whole; to forecast the effectiveness of the process of motivation in the enterprise, which is achieved by the optimal balance between the economic and social interests of the parties concerned and determined by the degree of achievement of economic and social goals not only of the enterprise but also of employees.
