Анотація
У статті подано, що під адаптацією розуміється здатність будь-якої системи отримувати нову інформацію
з метою наближення своєї поведінки й структури до оптимальних. Визначено низку суперечностей:
між високими вимогами суспільства до працівників соціальної сфери і недостатньою їх готовністю до
професійної діяльності; між усвідомленням майбутніми працівниками соціальної сфери специфіки їх ро-
боти і правильним пристосуванням їх до практичної діяльності. Проведено зв'язок між адаптацією й
набуттям професійної компетентності, професійної культури, професійним cамовдосконаленням. Серед
видів адаптації розглянута соціальна адаптація та її прояв при вивченні дисциплін «Соціальна робота:
теорія і практика», «Технології соціальної роботи», оскільки вона обумовлена соціальними відносинами
між людьми: соціально-політичних, морально-психологічних, економічних і демографічних.
The ability of any system to get new information to approximate their behavior and structure to optimal is understood under the term adaptation. The following contradictions have been defined: between the high demands of the society to social workers and the lack of their readiness for professional activities; between awareness of future social workers of the specificity of their work and their correct adjustments to their practical activity. The innate adaptability bases have been considered, because there are high, medium and low-adapted people. The innate adaptability bases – are instincts, temperament, constitution of body, emotions, innate inclinations and intelligence capabilities, appearance and physical health. As it has been determined, that the level of adaptability increases or decreases under the influence of education, training, environment and lifestyle. Human Adaptability is provided by evolutionarily selected appropriate innate features of it nature. Adaptation to the future professional activity is a multicomponential process, that starts at educational establishment and ends in the profession plane, that means it lasts throughout the whole life. It presupposes: the acquiring of professional competence, professional culture, the desire to professional self-improvement. Among the types of adaptation, the social adaptation has been viewed during the studying process of the disciplines «Social Work: Theory and Practice», «Technologies of social work.» It is associated with peculiar features of social adaptation, which is predetermined by social relations between people: social and political, moral and psychological, economic and demographic.
