Анотація
У статті охарактеризовано значення логістики в діяльності підприємства в період інноваційних змін, наведені
можливі ризики в логістичних системах, описаний напрям їх дослідження і рекомендації щодо створення системи управління
логістичними ризиками на підприємстві.
Theoretical and methodological problems in relation to the management of logistic risk of enterprise which develops innovative have been examined in the article. Administrative decisions in logistic are accepted in situations to which inherent: vagueness and chance of risky activity's results; conflict; counteraction; multi-variant approach of decisions; when not all alternative variants of decisions are in an identical degree favourable simultaneously, have been defined. The use of logistic is offered not only understanding it as a supply or sale, but far wider, as a management flow processes, meaning financial logistic of commodities, services, informative logistic, financial. In particular for advancement of innovations taking into account the use of functional cycles of logistic different levels of risks and charges of resources in accordance with the different degree of newness of innovation.
