Анотація
В статті розглянуті сутність понятті, характерні показники та відмінності в моделюванні процесів управління
персоналом з метою підвищення ефективності останнього та визначення оцінки критеріїв ефективізації процесу управління
та факторів впливу на підвищення конкурентоспроможності персоналу підприємств в конкурентному середовищі.
In the article the essence of the concepts of performance and differences in modelling HR processes to increase efficiency and last effectivization criteria for the measurement and management process impacts on improving the competitiveness of enterprises personnel in a competitive environment. Changing the principles of the national economy, the creation of enterprises based on various forms of ownership, a competitive environment under the conditions of the opening of European and world markets requires new technologies and restructuring of the organizational structure engineering industry. Global structural and technological changes in production, its computerization caused a significant change in the role of personnel. The personnel carrier as commodity-money relations in the process of formation, distribution and use of human resources is the main productive force in dealing with competitiveness, economic growth and productivity. Therefore there is a need to increase the efficiency of HR management companies meet the requirements of the market economy and the challenges of the competitive environment.
