Анотація
To save time on maintenance and current repairs of cars, lifters are used. For this purpose designed a special device, and in SolidWorks created its 3D model and tested the strength parameters of one of the most loaded parts (for frame mount) using the application of the 3D solid-state parametric modelling system SolidWorks – SolidWorks Simulation.
Опис
After repeated calculations in SolidWorks Simulation (dividing the model for the frame mount part into finite elements, constructing the stiffness matrix; synthesizing the finite element model taking into account the conditions of its attachment at the nodal points; solving the resulting system of algebraic equations), the components of the stress-strain state were determined.
