dc.description.abstractОдним із найактуальніших питань, що постають перед сучасними підприємствами є підвищення ефективності їх діяльності. Це питання потребує значної уваги в сучасних умовах глобалізації та конкурентної боротьби в умовах «необмежених ринків». В статті запропоновано нові складові концепції «сучасного управління», які спрямовані на підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства в розрізі управління грошовими потоками.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe effectiveness of the company is one of the key issues of our time: time of the globalization and unlimited market. The purpose of this article is to expand conception of “modern management” in a context of the cash flow management. We proposed the new components of the concept of «modern management» in the article. These components are aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the company in terms of cash flow management. The first of them is the conception of the choosing of the main goods to production among all that we can production. We can do it quickly thanks to the coefficient of margin profit and coefficient priority. It's help us to produce only the products that give us maximum profit for the problem solving of the our enterprise and it rising in the future. The next stage is the increasing the amount of working capital. One of the main ways to do that is to use borrowed funds. But it is associated with many risks. The coefficient of the losses on borrowed funds, that we have proposed, helps to reduce the risks and choose the optimal variant of the borrowing. So, the “modern management” is one of the main tools that make it possible to function effectively and compete on the modern globalized market. This conception is modular and very flexible. We have described some of its modules that help to choose the “right” product and “right” credit.uk_UA
