Анотація
У статті для проведення аналізу внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища та розробки заходів, спрямованих на
підвищення антикризового потенціалу запропоновано алгоритм запровадження механізму реструктуризації підприємств,
розглянуто схему виявлення напрямів реструктуризації в системі підвищення антикризового потенціалу.
In the article for conducting the analysis of internal and external environment and development of measures which directed on the increase of anticrisis potential the algorithm of introduction of mechanism of enterprises restructuring was offered. The chart of exposure of restructuring directions in the system of increase of anticrisis potential was considered. The monitoring components: knowledge base, of adduction the identically directed indexes for determination of directions of the machine-building enterprise general restructuring were defined. Monitoring is a necessary element organizational-economic mechanism, he includes indexes which represent the level of anticrisis; terms of collection and treatment of information; subsections which analyses information and gives suggestion for acceptance of administrative decisions; methods of development of restructuring changes, instruments and levers of increase of antcrisis potential and activation of restructuring changes, are on an enterprise.
