Анотація
В даній статті розглянуто сутнісну характеристику поняття “конкурентоспроможність персоналу” підприємства. Також визначено особливості конкурентоспроможності потенціалу персоналу підприємства та докладно охарактеризовані рівні і методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності персоналу.
The primary purpose of the article is: an analysis of concept “competitiveness of personnel” is enterprises, determinations of features, levels and methods of estimation of competitiveness of personnel of enterprise. In this article essence description of concept “competitiveness of personnel” is considered enterprises. The features of competitiveness of potential of personnel of enterprise are also certain and levels and methods of estimation of competitiveness of personnel are thoroughly described. A management a competitiveness is not equivalent all activity of enterprise from achievement of ultimate goals, but contains those functions and actions which are related to development and realization of strategy of competition only, with a motive to realization of strategy, with the having a special purpose orientation of different types of activity and others like that.
