Анотація
Проведено аналіз рекомендованих в економічній літературі методів гнучкого планування (“опе-
раційного левериджу”, “системи CVP”) і показано, що вони не можуть застосовуватися в умовах багато-
номенклатурного виробництва через некоректності традиційних методів розподілу постійних витрат,
істотно спотворюють показники прибутку і рентабельності за видами продукції. Запропоновано метод
“покриття маржинальним прибутком постійних витрат” за видами продукції, який дозволяє вирішити
проблему управління витратами і прибутком в умовах багатономенклатурного виробництва.
Abstract – Carried out analysis of flexible planning methods recommended in literature as “operative leverage” and “CVP system” has proved the impossibility of usage in multiunit production due to incorrect traditional methods of constant expenditures distributions that distort profitable indexes on production assortment. Method of “marginal covering of constant expenditures” on types of production that make possible problem solution of expenditures and profit management in conditions of multiunit production was proposed in the article.
