Розглянуто особливості оцінювання трудової поведінки працівника виробничої організації. Представлено
фактори впливу на трудову поведінку працівника. Визначено узагальнюючі показники оцінювання трудової поведінки
працівника виробничої організації.
The problem of evaluation of work behaviour, has not only not solved, but not even formulated in principle. But the attempts to construct a measuring instrument of labour behaviour should not be left as labour behaviour of the employee acquires the status of a strategic factor in the viability of the modern enterprise. In article are formulated the content of labour behaviour of worker, the especially evaluation of labour behaviour person are reflected. The sequence of procedures for assessment of labour behaviour of the individual are defined. The factors influence the behaviour of the individual in the course of his employment are ranked. A set of general indicators of the evaluation labour behaviour of worker in the production organization are formulated. A modern approach to the evaluation of labour behaviour of worker, which makes it possible to identify the most important factors that should be given priority in improving the quality of human resource management are proposed.
