В роботі дана оцінка ефективності діючої системи управління персоналом на підприємствах
машинобудування Хмельницької області. Проаналізовано кількість найманих працівників за видами економічної
діяльності машинобудівних підприємств Хмельницької області, рівень заробітної плати на підприємствах
машинобудування Хмельницької області.
This paper assessed the effectiveness of the current system of personnel management in the mechanical engineering Khmelnitsky region. Analyzed the number of employees by sector engineering companies Khmelnitsky region, wages in the mechanical engineering Khmelnitsky region. The introduction of modern methods of industrial personnel policy requires a comprehensive analysis of socioeconomic development of the area which is centered activities of the company and the introduction of various forms of state support for employment that should help prevent the growth of unemployment rate and a decrease in the standard of living of the population. Therefore, industry personnel policies must be socially oriented and implemented with the support of the public authorities, which leads to the creation of a national concept of labor market in Ukraine and reform with social responsibility and encourage business activity of domestic industry.
