dc.description.abstractThe modern external and internal environment of the enterprise is characterized by a high degree of complexity, competition and uncertainty. The main condition for a stable business is to support the company in a state of economic security, which is characterized by a significant dependence on its internal environment. The internal environment of organizations contains five factors to which they relate: the goals and objectives of the organization, its structure, technology and people, who work together to achieve the goals. The internal environment of an organization should include five factors, which include: the goals and objectives of the organization, its structure, technologies and people working together to achieve the goals. The goal is chosen, developed by the person in the form of an ideal model of the state of the system in the future, the possibility of achieving which is evaluated by the person (manager), taking into account various factors. Based on the goals, the organization formulates the tasks that must be accomplished in the process of achieving the goals. In the process of achieving these goals, employees are divided or combined by types of work, forming an organizational management structure. The organizational structure of management is a logical relationship between the levels of management and the types of work performed by services or units, built in a form that is most effective in achieving the goals of the organization. The core of the organization's internal environment is technology and human resources. For many businesses, technology is a major factor in the internal environment that determines its competitive advantage. Technology is a way of converting inputs (materials, raw materials, information, etc.) into outputs (products, services). The role of the person in the organization is determined by ability, inclination, giftedness, education, qualification, needs, perception, behaviour, attitude to work, personal position, understanding of values, environment (composition of the group to which they belong), presence of leadership qualities, etc. All internal factors of the organization are interrelated. Changing one way or another affects everyone else.uk_UA
