Анотація
У статті доведено необхідність дослідження рівня соціальної безпеки на рівні держави та рівні суб’єкта
господарювання. Розглянуто існуючі теоретико-концептуальні підходи до поняття соціальної безпеки як на макро-, так і на
мікрорівні. Виділено та узагальнено існуючі напрями оцінки соціальної безпеки підприємства, окреслено їх характеристики
та спрямування, відповідно до провідних думок науковців, що їх представляють. Встановлено основні шляхи щодо підтримки
та забезпечення соціальної безпеки підприємства.
The article proved the need to study the level of social security at the level of the State and the level of entity. Considered the existing theoretical and conceptual approaches to the concept of social security both on the macro and micro levels. Highlighted and generalized existing directions of assessment social security of the enterprise outlined their characteristics and trends, according to the thoughts of leading scientists that they represent. Established the basic ways to support and ensure the social security of the enterprise.
