Анотація
У статті оцінено масштаби втрат економіки України внаслідок військових дій на території Донецької і Луганської
областей. Запропоновано заходи щодо відбудови та розвитку економіки Донбасу, спрямовані на відновлення роботи
існуючих виробництв, диверсифікацію експортних поставок продукції і розширення її внутрішнього споживання, зменшення
втрат аграрного сектору на територіях, що межують із зоною конфлікту, забезпечення стабільного функціонування
транспортної інфраструктури.
The purpose of the article evaluate the economic loss to the economy of Ukraine from occupation of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. During the undeclared war, Ukraine lost at least 20% of the economic potential. For the real sector and the economy as a whole, 2014-2015. Were a period of significant tests: tested for strength all its components - industrial-agricultural complex, infrastructure, logistics transportation. That's the real sector felt the crushing blow during armed conflict - are located in the eastern regions producing coal, metallurgical, machine-building, chemical industry, which provided a significant part of domestic industrial production and exports, suffered huge losses, destroyed a number of transport and logistics facilities. The measures on reconstruction and economic development of Donbass, aimed at restoration of existing production, diversifying exports of products and expand its domestic consumption, reduction of losses of the agricultural sector in the areas bordering the conflict zone, to ensure stable operation of transport infrastructure.
