У статті розглянуто функціональні обов’язки кадрової служби на підприємстві. Виділено найбільш прийняту
структуру кадрової служби на підприємстві для продуктивного розвитку. Виявлено та розглянуто функції кадрових служб на
підприємствах.
The article deals with the functional duties of the personnel service at the enterprise. The most accepted structure of the personnel service at the enterprise is allocated for productive development. The functions of personnel services at enterprises are revealed and considered. The staffing of any enterprise is its mirror, the so-called business card. From the way in which the personnel department organized work with employees, documentation, the ability to ensure the correct management of the personnel of the company, there is an impression on the company and its manager, and its owner. Therefore, it is necessary to say that the personnel service and its due performance of functional responsibilities are the largest contribution of management to the further development of their enterprise. In today's market conditions, there is a possibility of gradual transformation of personnel services of enterprises into the centers of personnel management, which will enable to expand the scope of their activities. The growth of the role of personnel services and their radical restructuring of their activities are caused by radical changes in the economic and social conditions in which trade enterprises currently operate. Personnel management service is equally responsible for other tasks of the enterprise to achieve the economic and social goals of the trading company and its employees.
