В статті проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку малого бізнесу та висвітлено його роль в економіці
України. Розглянуті особливості оподаткування малих підприємств, визначено переваги та недоліки
застосування єдиного податку.
This article deals with the nature of small business, and determined its leading role in the market economy model. Consider regulations that the legal basis for small business and the simplified system of taxation, accounting and reporting criteria for small businesses, which are used in Ukraine, analyzes the current state of small business in Ukraine. Deals with innovation on the organization of accounting and small business taxation in the context of the Tax Code of Ukraine. Studied the positive and negative effects of the tax code on the further development of small businesses, operating under the simplified system of taxation and accounting (flat tax).
