Анотація
У статті було проведено теоретичний аналіз проблеми психологічної готовності психологів до професійної діяльності. Визначено структурні компоненти проаналізованої готовності, зокрема: мотиваційний, когнітивний, операційно-діяльнісний, емоційно-вольовий. Розроблено рівні оцінювання сформованості психологічної готовності психолога до професійної діяльності.
In the conditions of the transformation of Ukrainian society in the new market conditions, the complication of social and economic conditions, the life of citizens, their activity, interpersonal relations and communication are becoming more and more extreme that leads to certain changes in their mental development. Today, more and more people of all ages need some qualified psychological help and support in solving personal problems, that are associated wuth their dissatisfaction of certain personal problems, inability to manage their emotions, feelings and behaviour, with negative mental states on their own health and the health of the other. The authors of this article have done the theoretical analysis of the problem of psychological readiness for their professional activity. The structural components of the analyzed readiness are determined, in particular: motivational, cognitive, operational-activity, emotional-volitional. The levels of evaluation of the psychological readiness of a psychologist to professional activity have been developed. It was found out that according to the results of modern psychological research, the amount of children of autistic increases in geometric progression, the problem of psychological and social development of autistic children becomes more acute and requires in-depth study and search for new forms and methods of work. An important condition for psychological readiness for professional activity is the availability of appropriate abilities, first of all predispositions and abilities for the future activity. Psychological readiness for activity develops on the basis of mastering of general and professional knowledge, formation of skills and abilities, perfection of the formed professionally important personsl qualities.

Було з’ясовано, що за результатами сучасних психологічних досліджень кількість дітей-аутистів збільшується у геометричній прогресії, проблема психологічного та соціального розвитку аутичних дітей набуває більшої гостроти і потребує поглибленого вивчення та пошуку нових форм і методів роботи.
