Анотація
Наголошено на актуальності дослідження продуктивності праці, її місця в теорії продуктивності, пошуку
резервів зростання. Зазначено, що саме підвищення продуктивності праці на підприємстві є одним з головних джерел
зростання виробництва на мікрорівні, економічного зростання на мезорівні, національної економіки і добробуту
суспільства в цілому.
Modern economic conditions require clarification of theoretical aspects of performance, the introduction of its adequate analysis, grounding of modern productivity management principles of modern production. The article highlights the relevance of labor productivity studies, its place in the theory of productivity, search of increase reserves. It is indicated that labor productivity increase of production in particular, is one of the main sources of output growth on micro level, economic growth on meso level, national economy and society welfare as a whole.
