Анотація
Формування цінностей професійної діяльності у майбутнього педагога має забезпечити ціннісно-смислова компетентність, що передбачає ціннісне ставлення та інтерес до змісту й процесу навчальної діяльності студентів. Вона формується шляхом постійного звернення до реального життя, до навколишньої дійсності; відповідності системи особистісних цінностей соціально значущим орієнтирам; вибору змісту й організації професійної діяльності педагога відповідно до усвідомлюваної й систематично відтворюваної системи життєвих цінностей; постійного залучення вихованців до загальнолюдських цінностей.
У статті розкрито значення ціннісно-смислової компетентності у формуванні цінностей професійної діяльності майбутнього педагога.
Integration of Ukraine into European economic space necessitates renovation of the contents of students’ training and development of their axiological competence. Wide cultural conversance and erudition of the pedagogue is the fundamentals of their professional development. It is not enough for the pedagogue to have psychological and pedagogical knowledge for successful performing of their functions. There is the necessity to form value-based orientations. As a matter of fact, the notion “values” comprises not only estimation of available things and phenomena from the perspective of importance, usefulness, necessity and practicability for the individual, but it is also tightly connected with self-assessment and self-perception. Axiological buildups of the personality relate to the ideal as a conception about future, about desired results of personality’s activity, his or her self-education based on the present image of “Me” – perception of me present. Purposeful formation of value-based orientations contributes to development of the personality as the whole including his or her general cultural skills by transforming values into stimuli and motives of behavior. It is worth mentioning that value-based approaches find the result of a double process: on the one hand, there takes place acquirement by the person of social values, societal norms, roles, general aims, motivations which are the guides in behavior, life advantages of an individual; on the other hand, self-perception, selfestimation of “Me”-image, present time and anticipated, related to future activity. In our opinion, formation of professional activity values in future pedagogues must be provided by axiological competence that is stipulated by axiological attitude and interest to contents and process of students’ educational activity. It is formed by constant appeal to real life and surrounding reality; congruence between the system of personal values and socially important orientation cues; choice of contents and organization of professional activity of the pedagogue according to the understood and systematically reconstituted system of life values; constant involvement of students in universal values. In conditions of economic and social changes taking place in our country and characterized by instability, tension in social consciousness, the following tendencies spread among the younger generation: indifference, selfishness, individualism, cynicism, unmotivated aggressiveness. Therefore, well-formed universal values (truth, goodness, beauty, life, freedom, other person’s value, Native land) can regulate their behavior. The article provides insight into significance of axiological competence in formation of future pedagogues’ professional activity values.
