Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню чинників міжособистісної сумісності майбутніх шлюбних партнерів. Проаналізовано особливості міжособистісної сумісності партнерів та їх вплив на стосунки в парі. Обґрунтовано перелік основних чинників міжособистісної взаємодії.
The article is devoted to the study of factors of interpersonal compatibility of future marriage partners. It is noted that the problem of interpersonal compatibility of partners is one of the most vital and significant problems in modern society. Young people do not have enough knowledge to get married, which is why we notice a tendency to increase the number of divorces, but as practice shows, the main reason for divorce lies in the low interpersonal compatibility of partners. Theoretical bases of research that are given include scientific works of domestic, foreign and modern scientists who investigated features of interpersonal compatibility of partners and characterized types of interpersonal compatibility are characterized. Most researchers are inclined to the following types of interpersonal compatibility, such as psychophysiological, psychological, socio-psychological, socio-cultural. The peculiarities of interpersonal compatibility of partners and their influence on the relationship in the couple were analyzed. The article represents the results of a research conducted the authors' survey of couples on the determining factors of interpersonal compatibility. A sample of the study which consists of 36 couples aged 20–40, have been in a relationship for more than one year and live in the same area. The list of the main factors of interpersonal interaction which considerably influence harmonious and happy relations within a pair was analyzed and substantiated. This list if factors include conformity of temperaments, similarity of intimate and sexual preferences, emotional support, similarity of views on education of children, unity in intellectual and worldview orientation. ability to provide, mutual assistance, ability to take responsibility, common interests. The main attention is paid to the concept of “interpersonal compatibility”, types and factors of interpersonal compatibility
