Розглянуто сутність поняття інноваційний потенціал підприємства, охарактеризовано особливості формування мотиваційної основи розвитку інноваційного потенціалу підприємств машинобудування.
Innovation is now a major source of competitive enterprises. However, the sustainability of competitive advantages in various fields of economic activity provided by various factors that need consideration when building a system of incentives for innovation capacity of enterprises. Its main priorities are to increase staff motivation to acquire skills that will form the stability of competitive advantages of new products.
