Анотація
В статті розглядається проблема підвищення конкурентоспроможності персоналу на промислових
підприємствах і обґрунтовується необхідність реформування державної політики у сферах людського розвитку.
The problem of increasing the competitiveness of staff in industrial enterprises is considered, mandatory policy reform in the areas of human development is justified in the paper. The objective of this article is seen in the formation of theoretical positions competitiveness of staff and the development of practical recommendations for its evaluation. The purpose of this article is to identify opportunities and mechanisms in improving the competitiveness of personnel that is based on conservation and development of human potential at companies. Competition as an integral part of the market economy is characterized not only in production and services, but also works. To improve the competitiveness of staff of enterprises is necessary for Ukraine to increase access to education and its quality, the level of coverage by population the education, especially higher education in various forms of production and beyond. Competitiveness characterizes the qualitative aspect of labour potential employee, and therefore the level of competitiveness of labour depends on the specifics of behaviour, degree of personal labour potential. In a market economy, the rise of competitive personnel in Ukraine can be expected only in the case of positive changes in the implementation of human development goals, overcome the interregional differentiation.
