Приводится характеристика проблем и вызовов, отражающих кризисные проявления современного этапа цивилизационного
развития общества и мировых глобализационных реалий, а также внутренних барьеров социально-экономического развития
Украины. Аргументирована необходимость эффективного реформирования национальной экономики, преодоления противоре-
чий между капитализацией, социализацией и гуманизацией экономики. Преодоление ключевых проблем и вызовов требует, по
мнению автора, комплексного решения соответствующих задач на основе новой экономической идеологии, эффективного госу-
дарственного регулирования социально-экономических процессов. Реформаторская стратегия должна комплексно охватить все
направления экономической, социальной и технологической модернизации Украины.
The article described the problems and challenges that reflect the crisis of contemporary civilization in stage of development of society and the realities of the world globalization, as well as internal barriers of social and economic development of Ukraine. The necessity effective reform of the national economy, overcome the contradictions between capitalization, socialization and humanization of the economy. Overcoming the key issues and challenges requires, in my opinion, integrated solutions relevant tasks based on the new economic ideology, of effective state regulation of social and economic processes. Reformist strategy should comprehensively cover all areas of economic, social and technological modernization of Ukraine.
