Анотація
Досліджується феномен політичної інертності суспільства. Обґрунтовується взаємозв’язок даного явища та стану розвитку політичної культури в цілому. Встановлені основні негативні явища, що породжує політична байдужість при розвитку громадянського суспільства.
Доведено, що інертність політичного сприйняття і політичного мислення проявляється в жорсткості і стереотипності внутрішньо або зовнішньополітичного курсу, в небажанні і неможливості змінити систему поглядів і оцінок наявних політичних подій, змінити спрямованість і характер політичних дій. Встановлена кореляційна залежність між політичною інертністю суспільства та політичним режимом як в соціально-політичному (монополізм прийняття політичних рішень), так і соціально-психологічному виразах.
Розкриті основні суб'єктивні детермінанти і закономірності політичної інертності суспільства та запропоновані механізми удосконалення реалізації громадських ініціатив, як основного стримуючого фактора.
The phenomenon of political inertia of society is analyzed. The interrelation between this phenomenon and the state of development of political culture in general is substantiated. The main negative phenomena that give rise to political indifference in the development of civil society are established. It is proved that the inertia of political perception and political thinking is manifested in the rigidity and stereotypical nature of the internal or foreign policy course, in the reluctance and inability to change the system of views and assessments of existing political events, to change the direction and nature of political action. Correlation dependence between political inertia of society and political regime in the socio-political (monopoly of political decisions making) and social-psychological expressions is established. The main subjective determinants and regularities of political inertia of society are revealed and mechanisms of improvement of realization of public initiatives as the main restraining factor are offered.
