Анотація
В статті на основі фактичного матеріалу проаналізовано стан економіки України в період
незалежності. Досліджені різні погляди вчених, державних діячів щодо досвіду, проблем, які мали місце за цей
період. Висловлені рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку економіки держави, поліпшення життя її громадян.
The article is based on the surveys of economists, historians, sociologists, statesmen, using factual material featured experience of economic reforms in Ukraine's independence. Analyzed one of the most important characteristics of economic efficiency productivity, compared to its current state in 1990th year and with the leading countries of the world today. In the case studies the problem of differentiation in the levels of the regions of Ukraine, falling incomes, their impact on the index of human life. Is a critical analysis of the demographic situation in Ukraine and causes catastrophic extinction of the population. Attention is paid to the need to formulating strategies and tactics of economic reforms in terms of their impact on social welfare of the people. Recommendations expressed on choosing an economic system that is functioning as a fundamental principle of economic efficiency model, which would be anticipated conditions for personal fulfilment as the driving force of society.
