Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано науково-теоретичні основи стратегічного управління фінансовим капіталом страховика.
The aim of the article is a justification of scientific and theoretical bases of the strategic management of insurer’s financial capital. In the article accentuated attention on the specific features of functioning and importance of financial capital for insurers. Main content characteristics of the concept "financial capital of insurer" and specific of forming composition and structure of financial capital of insurance company in accordance with the types of activity has curtained. The holistic idea about essence of financial capital of insurer has formed. On the basis of the results of conducted researches, the conceptual model of strategic management of insurer’s financial capital consisting of the defining stages of management activity and factors of influence on providing of efficiency of their realization has formed. The strategic approach for the management and use of the offered conceptual model of strategic management of insurer’s financial capital is the basis and simultaneously by a tool for providing of effective long-term development, decision of perspective economic tasks and achievement of socio-economic effectiveness.
