Анотація
Увагу приділено особливостям сучасного етапу формування потенціалу підприємства. Розвиток бізнесу відбувається в контексті глобалізації економічних процесів, розширення міжнародних зв'язків, зростання впливу інновацій на створення конкурентних переваг. Це підвищує невизначеність економіки, потребу оцінювання позиції на ринку та зниження ризиків. Адаптивний підхід до ведення бізнесу та обґрунтування управлінських рішень повинні враховувати сучасні особливості ринку. Крім того, ділова активність залежить від ефективного використання матеріальних, трудових і фінансових ресурсів організації та їх збалансованості.
Щоб досягти успіху в бізнесі, необхідно визначити елементи потенціалу підприємства, вивчити їх зв'язок причини та залежності.
Зроблено висновок, що побудова ієрархічної структури моделі потенціалу підприємства можлива за умови ідентифікації та врахування функціональних зв'язків між компонентами.
Attention is paid to the peculiarities of the current stage of forming a potential of the enterprise. The business development occurs in the context of globalization of economic processes, the expansion of international connections, growth of importance of innovation in creating competitive advantages. This increases the uncertainty of economics, evaluation of market position and growth risks. The adaptive management of potential businesses approach, business activity management and justification of specific management decisions need to take account of these features. On the other hand, business activity depends on the efficient use of material, labor and financial resources of the organization and their balance. To achieve success in business, it is necessary to identify the elements of the enterprise potential, explore their relationships of cause and dependence. It is concluded that the construction of hierarchical structure of the enterprise potential model is possible provided the availability of certain functional relationships between components.
