Анотація
У статті розглядаються особливості національної структурної політики та структурної перебудови економіки
України в контексті забезпечення її конкурентоспроможності. Досліджуються проблеми трансформаційної динаміки
національної економіки за умов посилення глобалізаційних викликів. Аналізується структурна політика держави як механізм
забезпечення конкурентних переваг та зростаючих трендів економічного розвитку країни.
In the article the peculiarities of the national structural policy and structural reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy in the context of ensuring its competitiveness are considered. The problems of the transformational dynamics of the national economy under the conditions of strengthening globalization challenges are researched. The structural policy of the state is analyzed as a mechanism for ensuring competitive advantages and growing trends of economic development of the country. The study of structural changes of the national economy is an important process as any transformations aimed at ensuring the implementation of scientific and technological progress, the optimal use of resource potential, accelerated development of innovative technologies, influence on the process of development of an economic object and determine the trend of its further functioning, act as the basis for achieving a new quality of economic growth on the basis of an innovative model of development that provides the development of information and communication environment, scientific knowledge, the introduction of new technologies, the growth of wellbeing, raising the level and quality of life of the population. In Ukraine, the structure of the economy with significant sectoral imbalances and significant dependence on external factors has formed; herewith the dynamics of the structure of the national economy does not correspond to the general laws of structural changes that have taken place in the developed world at the present stage. The main direction of the structural policy of the state is to ensure the competitive advantages of the country's economy by increasing the competitiveness of domestic producers, correcting accumulated structural deformations, restructuring the unprofitable sector of the economy. To exit the economy of Ukraine from a deep structural crisis, it is necessary to determine the program of structural adjustment, to identify the priority research-intensive industries and to implement a set of measures for their dynamic development.
