| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with current problems of the financial system of Ukraine which enable searching the ways for effective public finance control, eliminating budget process disadvantages, making fundamentals of the State Budget of Ukraine efficient control as well as other state funds and property. Special instruments of solving problems related to public finance use and state property control are offered.
