In the process of research, it has been found out that the concept of "creativity" means the ability of a person to produce new and unusual ideas, think unconventionally, solve problems creatively and quickly. It has been found that creativity has many definitions, each researcher considers this concept from a certain point of view, highlighting one or another aspect of creativity. The article finds that students' creativity includes various indicators: originality, uniqueness, curiosity, developed imagination, propensity to reasonable risks, interest in complex things and ideas and more. Therefore, the authors of the article emphasize the need to use in the educational process of higher education methods that promote comprehensive training of future professionals and the development of their creative thinking. To study the gender features of the development of creativity in future psychologists, the authors of the article conducted an empirical study among students of psychology studying at Khmelnytskyi National University. According to the results of the study, it is established that most students of psychology have average levels of development of personal traits of creativity, creative abilities and creative potential. But girls studying in Psychology have a slightly better level of development of creative potential and creative abilities than boys who also study in this specialty. Based on the results of the research, recommendations for students-psychologists on the development of creativity as an important component of their successful future professional activity have been developed.Документ Professional Mobility as a Model for Overcoming Maladaptive Forms of a Person’s Psychological Defence in Conditions of Professional Development Crises(The Authors & LUMEN Publishing House, 2021-12-13) Surhund, Nataliia; Voitiuk, Olena; Sysko, Nataliia; Kuleshova, Olena; Vargata, Oksana; Mikheieva, LiudmylaThe article deals with the results of the analysis of the person’s professional mobility as a comprehensive tool for overcoming the professional crises. It also determines the existence of many unascertained psychological problems in its structure. One of these problems is the problem of overcoming maladaptive forms of a person’s psychological defence based on his professional mobility in stressful conditions of the professional development crises. Stressful uncertainty in the professional crisis and the high ambivalent tension, which the person is experiencing, characterize the specialist’s maladaptive development according to the “catastrophic” scenario. In the conditions of the professional development crisis a specialist cannot leave it adaptively and flexibly due to a limited number of rigidly patterned professional barriers and behaviour models. Such maladaptive patterned movement of a specialist towards the disintegrational destruction of the whole system of his professional development can be overcome constructively on the basis of his professional mobility model, selection and realization of the further professional movement vector. We consider the interactive strategy of a specialist’s behaviour for constructive overcoming professional crises in the system of his professional development, based on the development of the ability of directed transitions to new professional movement trajectories in the points of the system bifurcation, as the professional mobility.Документ Readiness of socionomics specialists for using information technologies in future professional activity(Lumen Publishing, 2020-06) Vasylenko, Olena; Afanasenko, Valentyna; Komar, Taisiia; Kuleshova, Olena; Mikheieva, Liudmyla; Potapchuk, NataliiaThe article considers the problem of the readiness of future specialists in the field of socionomics who will use information technologies in their professional activity. The analysis of references in the field of our research revealed that the effecient intoduction of information technologies in the sphere of socionomics depends on the readiness of specialists for innovation activity, as such activity is one of important components of their professional readiness. We determined the components of readiness of the specialists in the field of socionomics (psychologists, teachers) for applying information technologies in their future professional work. Such components are motivational, cognitive, reflective, communication and creative components. In order to investigate the level of formaton of each component by the future specialists in socionomics we conducted testing and suggested quiestionnaires for the students of psychology at Khmenytskyi National University and pedagogical students at Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy. The diagnostic results demonstrate that the motivational component of readiness of the students in the field of socionomics to use information technologies in their future professional activity has been formed at a sufficiently high level. However, the diagnostic results of all other components of readiness for using innovations by students of socionomics revealed only sufficient and low levels of formation. Описано психологічні детермінанти виникнення тривожності та особливості її прояву в осіб юнацького віку. Розкрито особливості студентського віку як періоду, що супроводжується високим рівнем стресогенності, підвищеними навчальними вимогами та соціальною невизначеністю. Окреслено роль когерентності (зрозумілості, керованості та осмисленості) у забезпеченні здатності студентів орієнтуватися в складних обставинах, підтримувати внутрішню рівновагу, ефективно долати стрес і зберігати мотивацію до навчання. Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок когерентності із психологічним благополуччям, життєстійкістю, стійкістю до стресу та адаптивними копінгстратегіями. Особливу увагу приділено впливу сучасного соціального контексту, зокрема воєнних подій, на формування та функціонування когерентності у молоді. На основі теоретичного огляду окреслено соціально-психологічні детермінанти розвитку когерентності та підкреслено необхідність цілеспрямованих освітніх і психопрофілактичних заходів, спрямованих на зміцнення внутрішніх ресурсів студентів. Визначено вплив трансформацій сектору безпеки й оборони, зростання гібридних загроз та високої інтенсивності службово-бойової діяльності на вимоги до лідерських компетентностей майбутніх офіцерів. Проаналізовано науковий доробок із проблематики військового лідерства та окреслено ключові напрями професійної підготовки, що забезпечують розвиток мотиваційних, когнітивних, комунікативних й управлінських характеристик курсантів. Представлено результати емпіричного дослідження рівнів сформованості компонентів лідерського потенціалу, які засвідчили наявність як сильних сторін (мотивація до успіху, самоефективність, комунікативні здібності), так і проблемних зон, зокрема нестійкість стилю управління, недостатній розвиток організаторських умінь і знижена концентрація уваги частини респондентів. На основі отриманих даних розроблено комплекс науково обґрунтованих підходів до формування лідерських якостей майбутніх офіцерів, що включає розвиток когнітивної саморегуляції, емоційного інтелекту, цільової комунікації, організаторських здібностей, мотивації до успіху та ефективного стилю управління. Підкреслено значення індивідуалізованого підходу, інтеграції теоретичної й практичної підготовки, наставництва, залучення до командної діяльності та використання методів моделювання управлінських ситуацій.
