Social and political processes taking place in the modern Ukrainian society show that the faster it moves through scientific and technological progress, improving the welfare of citizens, the more significant is the question of formation the spiritual, mental and physical health of the future teacher, in particular the specialist in physical education. However, in addition to acquiring profound professional knowledge, specialist in physical education should be able to demonstrate his citizenship position and defend the public interests, build and assert personal relationships, self-assert in the process of professional activity, and fully meet the level of modern requirements imposed by new social and economic conditions of modern Ukrainian society. The concept of «pedagogical conditions» is extensively used in the dissertations on the problems of future specialists’ professional training, and therefore it is considered to be appropriate to conduct a deeper methodological analysis of the phenomenon. The aim of the research is to define components of self-improvement of teachers of physical education at various stages of professional development, and to theoretically substantiate and experimentally check realization of pedagogical technology of teachers’ self-improvement in the process of professional activity. Teachers of physical education from higher educational establishments took part in the experiment. A number of methods were used: analysis, comparison, systematization, survey, discussion, teachers interviewing, questionnaire, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics, and graphic display of results. Results of the stating experiment proved discrepancy of the actual state of components of PE teachers’ self-improvement in the process of activity of professional perfection guideline. In order to define physical state of PE teachers, tests aimed at physical preparedness have been selected; physiological indices have been defined with the help of functional tests; to characterize muscle component of PE teachers, muscular system development index has been used. For a good evaluation of indices of physical preparedness, physiological, and morphological indices, 9-grade evaluation charts have been developed. Analysis of the level of theoretical and methodological preparedness, pedagogical communication, and computer literacy of PE teachers was done with questionnaires developed by us. Definition of motivation to self-improvement of teachers of physical education in the process of professional activity was done on the basis of the “Motivation Sources Inventory” (J. Barbuto, R. Scholl). Це дозволяє стверджувати, що позитивна динаміка фомування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з фізичної культури та спорту у процесі фахової підготовки відбувається успішно за рахунок упроваджених організаційно-педагогічних умов професійного становлення таких фахівців у фаховій підготовці.Документ Формування мотивації до самовдосконалення викладачів фізичного виховання у процесі професійної діяльності(Хмельницький національний університет, 2022) Павлюк, О.; Pavlyuk, O.Статтю присвячено теоретико-експериментальному дослідженню проблеми формування мотивації досамовдосконалення викладачів фізичного виховання у процесі професійної діяльності.Вивчення мотивації до самовдосконалення викладачів фізичного виховання у процесі професійноїдіяльності базувалосяна основних джерелах мотивації як фундаментальних особистісних утвореннях. Було виокремлено п’ять джерел мотивації: внутрішні процеси; інструментальну мотивацію; зовнішню Я-концепцію, внутрішню Я-концепцію; інтерналізацію цілі.У мотиваційній структурі кожного викладача фізичного виховання можуть бути представлені всі джерела мотивації, але найбільший інтерес для нас становила вираженість кожного з них у мотиваційному профілі. Основними напрямами ефективного впливу на посилення мотивації самовдосконалення викладачів було: формування позитивної установки на самовдосконалення у процесі професійної діяльності за допомогою конкретизації вимог до фахівців; формування міцних знань, умінь та навичок, що самі собою є значним фактором розвитку мотивації професійного самовдосконалення та розвитку особистості; актуалізація потреби у професійному зростанні. Головними заходами щодо посилення мотивації викладачів фізичного виховання до самовдосконалення у процесі професійної діяльності було проведення науково-методичних семінарів, тренінгів професійного зростання.Зважаючи на дослідження мотиваційних процесів, ми зробили висновок, що для самовдосконалення викладачів фізичного виховання у процесі професійної діяльності велике значення має внутрішня мотивація. Результати дослідження вказують на те, що домінуючими у більшості викладачів експериментальної групи є внутрішні мотиви, що свідчить про позитивне ставлення до педагогічної діяльності та високу мотивацію самовдосконалення у процесі професійної діяльностіДокумент Інтелектуальна інформаційна технологія для організації змагань з плавання(Хмельницький національний університет, 2022) Гнатчук, Я.; Hnatchuk, Y.На сьогоднішній день судді змагань весь час самостійно займалися організаційними питаннями, такими як: створення єдиної бази учасників, складання рейтингу та протоколів, формування запливів, сортування учасників за різними категоріями, підрахунок балів FINA, перевіркою на нову категорію, тощо. Представлена інтелектуальна інформаційна технологія для організації змагань з плавання спрощує процес формування різних видів протоколів змагань, що значно економить час і підвищує продуктивність праці суддів і працівників, які організовують змагання з плавання. Правила формування протоколів, метод і структурна схема інтелектуальної інформаційної технології для організації змагань з плавання вперше розроблені автором.
